SHIPPING - We included shipping prices for standard sizes in the cost! If your order is large volume (customized), then we will contact you with any additional shipping cost. We will need your ship address to calculate. (We do not ship this item internationally or outside of the continental United States, Hawaii and other Island states will need to pay an additional cost for shipping!) Please contact us, we will be happy to help!
We process most orders within 1 to 3 business days. Then, since these acrylic boxes are all made to order by our skilled craftsmen they typically ship in 4 to 6 business days. We generally ship via UPS or FedEx, which takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive after departing our location.
RETURNS: All packages must be opened and inspected within 72 hours of delivery, and we must be notified immediately of any damage to the product(s). Photos are required for any refunds or replacements!
