Do you offer rentals?
We are currently only offering rentals for our custom styled packages. If you are interested to receive more information to see if your product and quantity qualifies for a rental please CONTACT us.

What are custom styled packages?
Planning every detail can be stressful when coordinating multiple decor vendors and ordering products online. We offer a simple solutions to assist with the anxiety of ordering products online for events. Our packages are full-service, allowing us to be as involved as you would like. We start with sending samples to confirm that you and your vendors love the products and then working through a full styled package of products to complete your wedding look. We can even create custom products and pieces to give you exactly what you are looking for. Please CONTACT us for more information, pricing, and booking. 

How far in advance should I order for my event
We recommend that you order at least 3 months before your event. It is important to understand our processing and shipping times since they are different for each item.

What are your processing times?
Our processing times vary based on the shipping chosen at check out. Processing times are as follows.
Standard: 10 - 14 business days
Express: 7 - 10 business days
Overnight: 24 hours

What are you shipping times?
Our shipping times vary based on the shipping chosen at check out. Shipping times are as follows, cost many vary between quantities and products. 
Standard: 10 - 14 shipping days after your item has shipped. 
Express: 7 - 10 shipping days after your item has shipped. 
Overnight: 1 - 2 shipping days after your item has shipped. One day if you order is placed before 10am PST, Two days if you order is placed after 10am PST. 

Do you offer local pick up?
We are located in Los Angeles and we do offer local pick up, however it must be scheduled in advance. We also offer local drop offs to Los Angeles County for $100 & Orange County for $150. This includes all our items, no quantity limit. Drop offs to be scheduled and paid at least 24 hours in advance. Next day drop offs are available.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We are truly sorry in advance for any damaged items, however it is unavoidable during shipment if your product is damaged. We will gladly send replacement pieces or items if they were damaged in transit. Please CONTACT and provide photos of all items that were damaged. You are responsible to send back any damaged items unless specified by one of our shop managers. 

Do you offer returns?
We are unable to offer returns of our items. As this is an event based industry it is difficult to capture real reasons for returns. If you are truly unhappy with your products, please CONTACT and we will work with you on an individual basis to try and make it right.

Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to offer exchanges for some of our items. As this is an event based industry it is difficult to capture real reasons for exchanges. If you are truly unhappy with a height or color (mainly centerpieces), please CONTACT and we will work with you on an individual basis to try and make it right. 

What if I still haven't received my item?
Please note the processing time and shipping time for the item that you have purchased. The processing time coordinates with the shipping type that you selected at check out. If your item is outside of your scheduled window please CONTACT and we will help. 

Can I place a customer order?
Absolutely, we offer custom styling packages as well as custom orders if you are looking to group items together. This could also help lower shipping costs. 

Do you offer bulk discounts?
We have a great bulk wholesale discount program. Please CONTACT us about the product(s) you are interested in to start a custom quote. 

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we offer international shipping on all of our centerpieces, shipping costs vary per product and quantity. If you are interested in purchasing an item that does not seem eligible for international shipping please CONTACT us. Please note, we are not responsible for any additional import duties/tax on products that are being imported during international shipments. These rates vary per country and region.
